Recommended Use
NORMAL USE / MEAL REPLACEMENT Approx 1 scoop = approx 10g. Use approx 1 scoop (10g) per 10kg body mass or 1g per kg body mass i.e.; for 60kg weight use 2 servings (approx 6 scoops / 60g). Mix to taste or according to training requirements with water or low-fat milk. Mix with 100ml to 200ml (½ to 1 cup) of milk for a “lite” shake. Each container of FiT SlimElite™ contains a basic meal plan which will also help you get started towards becoming a better YOU! During dieting it is important to eat smaller, more frequent meals that are low in sugars and fats. FiT SlimElite™has an exclusive “lite” formula which is designed to provide optimum nutrition to help speed up the metabolism, while simultaneously reducing hunger pangs, calorie intake and fat deposition. A total of six meals a day is recommended. Three of these should be FiT SlimElite™. Avoid fats, refined sugars & alcohol and increase intake of high fibre foods.
